Delicious and crispy egg rolls filled with seasoned ground beef, cheese, and veggies, perfect for parties and snacks.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 10 to 12 egg roll wrappers
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned and no longer pink. Drain excess grease.
- Season beef with Cajun seasoning and garlic powder. Let cool slightly.
- Mix the seasoned beef with cheddar cheese, green onions, and carrots in a large bowl.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface in a diamond shape.
- Add 2-3 tablespoons of filling near the center.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides. Roll tightly.
- Seal the edge with a dab of water.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry egg rolls in batches, turning occasionally, until golden brown (3-4 minutes).
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
Serve with sweet chili sauce or soy sauce for dipping. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
