Description

A warm and comforting drink combining vanilla and cinnamon flavors with milk and tea for relaxation.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Water (filtered)
  • 1 cup Milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 stick Cinnamon stick (or ground cinnamon)
  • 1 bean Vanilla bean (or vanilla extract)
  • 1 bag Black tea (or loose-leaf black tea)
  • to taste Sweetener (sugar, honey, etc.)
  • 1 Star anise (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil the Water: In a small pot, bring 1 cup of filtered water to a boil.
  2. Add Cinnamon and Vanilla: Once boiling, add the cinnamon stick and vanilla bean. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. Brew the Tea: Add the tea bag (or loose-leaf tea) and steep for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add Milk: Heat 1 cup of milk until warm but not boiling.
  5. Combine: Remove cinnamon stick and vanilla bean from the mixture, pour tea into a cup, and add warm milk.
  6. Sweeten: Add sweetener to taste and stir.
  7. Optional Spice: Add star anise for additional flavor.

Notes

For the best flavor, use fresh ingredients like a real vanilla bean and quality black tea. Adjust sweetener based on taste preferences.
