Description

Quick and delicious cheesy chicken tacos perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 12 small taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped lettuce
  • Sour cream for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground chicken in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink.
  3. Add the taco seasoning and follow package instructions.
  4. Place taco shells in a baking dish.
  5. Fill each taco shell with the chicken mixture and top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted.
  7. Serve with diced tomatoes, chopped lettuce, and sour cream.

Notes
