Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll cookie dough into balls and flatten slightly.
- Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then drop a spoonful onto each cookie base.
- Top with strawberries and a sprinkle of sugar.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until edges are golden, then cool and enjoy.
