Instructions
- Let brie and cheddar cheese sit at room temperature for 20 minutes before serving.
- Prep the fruit by halving strawberries, slicing apricots, and keeping grapes whole.
- Fan stacks of crackers on the board for height and texture.
- Place whole brie near the center and a chunk or wedge of cheddar opposite it.
- Tuck fruit into nooks around the cheeses and crackers, and scatter toasted nuts on top.
- Drizzle honey over the brie and ensure a mix of colors and heights on the board.
