Description

An easy-to-assemble Spring Fruit & Cheese Board featuring creamy brie, crunchy crackers, and juicy fruits, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Strawberries, halved
  • Apricots, sliced into wedges
  • Grapes
  • Brie cheese
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Crackers (mix of thin crispy and seeded)
  • Honey
  • Toasted nuts (almonds or walnuts)

Instructions

  1. Let brie and cheddar cheese sit at room temperature for 20 minutes before serving.
  2. Prep the fruit by halving strawberries, slicing apricots, and keeping grapes whole.
  3. Fan stacks of crackers on the board for height and texture.
  4. Place whole brie near the center and a chunk or wedge of cheddar opposite it.
  5. Tuck fruit into nooks around the cheeses and crackers, and scatter toasted nuts on top.
  6. Drizzle honey over the brie and ensure a mix of colors and heights on the board.

Notes

For best texture, avoid serving brie cold. Let it warm up to room temp for about 20 minutes. Keep crackers in a separate container to retain crispness.
