Description

Deliciously marinated eggs with a jammy yolk, perfect for snacks or as toppings.


Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a pot.
  2. Carefully add the eggs to the boiling water.
  3. Cook the eggs for 6 minutes for a jammy yolk.
  4. Transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool.
  5. Peel the cooled eggs gently.
  6. Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and chili flakes in a bowl.
  7. Place the peeled eggs in the marinade mixture.
  8. Let the eggs soak for at least 30 minutes.
