Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
Instructions
- Boil water in a pot.
- Carefully add the eggs to the boiling water.
- Cook the eggs for 6 minutes for a jammy yolk.
- Transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool.
- Peel the cooled eggs gently.
- Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and chili flakes in a bowl.
- Place the peeled eggs in the marinade mixture.
- Let the eggs soak for at least 30 minutes.
