Ingredients

  • 2 Bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 Onion, sliced

  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • Tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the bell peppers and onions.
  3. Arrange barramundi, peppers, and onions on a sheet pan.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with warm spices.
  5. Roast in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is flaky and the vegetables are tender.
