Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 23 soft cake rolls or sponge cakes
  • Chocolate sauce or strawberry sauce for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped cream and chopped strawberries.
  3. Unroll the soft cake rolls and spread a generous layer of the cheesecake filling over each.
  4. Roll the cake back up tightly and slice into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Arrange the rolls on a serving platter and drizzle with chocolate or strawberry sauce if desired.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.

Notes
