- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 2–3 soft cake rolls or sponge cakes
- Chocolate sauce or strawberry sauce for drizzling (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream and chopped strawberries.
- Unroll the soft cake rolls and spread a generous layer of the cheesecake filling over each.
- Roll the cake back up tightly and slice into bite-sized pieces.
- Arrange the rolls on a serving platter and drizzle with chocolate or strawberry sauce if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
Notes
Use very soft cake rolls to avoid cracking. Drain watery strawberries to prevent a thin filling. Chill for best results.
