Description
A simple no-bake dessert that is creamy, sweet, and perfect for warm days. These cups are light, fun to serve, and can be made ahead and chilled.

- 1 ½ cups Graham cracker crumbs (About 10–12 crackers)
- 3 tbsp Granulated sugar
- 5 tbsp Butter, melted (Unsalted)
- 16 oz Cream cheese, softened (2 packages)
- ¾ cup Powdered sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Heavy whipping cream (Cold)
- 2 cups Strawberries, diced (Fresh and ripe)
- 2 tbsp Granulated sugar (Optional)
- 1 tsp Lemon juice (Prevents browning)
- Whipped cream (For garnish)
- Strawberries, sliced (For garnish)
- Graham cracker crumbs (Optional crunch)
Instructions
- Mix the crust ingredients and press into small cups or jars.
- Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream in a cold bowl until soft peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream gently into the cream cheese mixture until even and light.
- Toss diced strawberries with granulated sugar and lemon juice to keep them bright.
- Layer a spoonful of crust in each cup, add a layer of filling, then a layer of diced strawberries. Repeat if the cups are tall.
- Cover and chill the cups in the fridge for at least 120 minutes so the filling firms up.
- Before serving, add a dollop of whipped cream, a sliced strawberry, and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs on top.
Notes
Soften cream cheese to room temperature for no lumps. Chill the mixing bowl for the whipped cream to whip faster. Press the crust down firmly to hold it together.
