Description

Delicious minty protein balls that are easy to make, packed with flavor, and perfect for a snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips
  • Unsweetened almond milk (as needed)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the rolled oats, almond butter, honey, and protein powder until it forms a dough that holds together.
  2. Add the peppermint extract and mini dark chocolate chips, stirring until evenly distributed.
  3. If the mixture feels too dry, drizzle in some almond milk until the texture is just right.
  4. Roll into bite-sized balls (about 1 inch) and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Pop them in the fridge for 30 minutes to set up.

Notes

Don’t skip the fridge time for the perfect texture! Use high-quality dark chocolate chips for the best flavor.
