Description

Delicious bite-sized chicken tacos, perfect for any occasion!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 12 small taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped lettuce
  • Sour cream for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook ground chicken in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink.
  3. Add taco seasoning and follow package instructions.
  4. Place taco shells in a baking dish.
  5. Fill each taco shell with the chicken mixture and top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted.
  7. Serve with diced tomatoes, chopped lettuce, and sour cream.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge. Freeze assembled tacos for later enjoyment.
