- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 12 small taco shells
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped lettuce
- Sour cream for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook ground chicken in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink.
- Add taco seasoning and follow package instructions.
- Place taco shells in a baking dish.
- Fill each taco shell with the chicken mixture and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Serve with diced tomatoes, chopped lettuce, and sour cream.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge. Freeze assembled tacos for later enjoyment.
