Description
These Thai Basil Beef Rolls feature a velvety beef filling wrapped in shatteringly crisp rice paper, perfect for shareable bites.
Ingredients

- 500 g Lean Ground Beef
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
- 1 cup Shredded Carrots
- 1 cup Chopped Bell Peppers
- 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
- 10 sheets Rice Paper Wrappers
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high and add the ground beef, spreading it thin to brown quickly.
- Stir in soy and hoisin, then add carrots and peppers until softened.
- Remove from heat and fold in torn basil leaves.
- Soak one rice paper in warm water until flexible, then lay flat.
- Spoon a strip of beef mixture across the center, tuck ends, and roll tightly.
- Heat oil in a nonstick pan over medium-high and add rolls seam-side down.
- Cook until edges are crisp and golden, about 2–3 minutes per side. Serve hot.
Notes
For extra gooey pockets, add an extra teaspoon of hoisin before assembly.
