Ingredients

- 1 cup All-Purpose Gluten-Free Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 scoops Unflavored Protein Powder
- 1 cup Plain Unsweetened Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Cream Cheese
- 1 Egg (Optional)
- Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, baking powder, protein powder, and a pinch of salt.
- Stir in the Greek yogurt until the mixture comes together into a sticky dough.
- Form the dough into small balls (about the size of a golf ball).
- Create a small indentation in each ball and fill with cream cheese.
- Optional: Brush the tops with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Sprinkle Everything But The Bagel seasoning on top.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and smelling incredible!
