Description

Crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, these High-Protein Bagel Bites are a delicious and healthy snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Gluten-Free Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 scoops Unflavored Protein Powder
  • 1 cup Plain Unsweetened Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Cream Cheese
  • 1 Egg (Optional)
  • Everything But The Bagel Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, baking powder, protein powder, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Stir in the Greek yogurt until the mixture comes together into a sticky dough.
  4. Form the dough into small balls (about the size of a golf ball).
  5. Create a small indentation in each ball and fill with cream cheese.
  6. Optional: Brush the tops with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
  7. Sprinkle Everything But The Bagel seasoning on top.
  8. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and smelling incredible!

Don’t overmix the dough and watch the baking time closely!
