Description

A quick and delicious salmon dish with a sweet and savory glaze that is ready in just 25 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, Dijon, paprika, and black pepper until combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet and drizzle with the honey garlic butter mixture, making sure each fillet is well-coated.
  4. Bake for about 12-15 minutes until the edges are crispy and the center is moist.
  5. Turn on the broiler for an extra minute or two to caramelize the glaze.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

For best results, do not overcook; salmon should be slightly pink in the middle. Use a food thermometer to check that it reaches about 125°F (52°C).
