- 4 salmon fillets
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, Dijon, paprika, and black pepper until combined.
- Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet and drizzle with the honey garlic butter mixture, making sure each fillet is well-coated.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes until the edges are crispy and the center is moist.
- Turn on the broiler for an extra minute or two to caramelize the glaze.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
For best results, do not overcook; salmon should be slightly pink in the middle. Use a food thermometer to check that it reaches about 125°F (52°C).
