- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar + extra for topping
- 4 low-carb tortillas
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Lettuce, chopped
- Tomato, diced (optional)
- Cilantro, chopped (optional)
- Jalapeños, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Brown the beef in olive oil over medium heat, sprinkle in taco seasoning, and cook until browned bits form.
- Melt butter in a small pan, whisk in cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth. Fold in cheddar until glossy.
- Warm tortillas slightly to avoid cracking. Fill with meat, cheese sauce, sour cream, lettuce, and optional toppings.
- Fold edges up toward the center into a tight disc and press gently.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium; fry Crunchwrap seam-down until golden and crisp, then flip to cook the other side.
- Let rest for 1 minute, slice, and enjoy!
Notes
Do NOT overstuff the Crunchwraps. Use medium heat for frying to ensure even cooking.
