Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar + extra for topping
  • 4 low-carb tortillas
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Lettuce, chopped
  • Tomato, diced (optional)
  • Cilantro, chopped (optional)
  • Jalapeños, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brown the beef in olive oil over medium heat, sprinkle in taco seasoning, and cook until browned bits form.
  2. Melt butter in a small pan, whisk in cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth. Fold in cheddar until glossy.
  3. Warm tortillas slightly to avoid cracking. Fill with meat, cheese sauce, sour cream, lettuce, and optional toppings.
  4. Fold edges up toward the center into a tight disc and press gently.
  5. Heat oil in a skillet over medium; fry Crunchwrap seam-down until golden and crisp, then flip to cook the other side.
  6. Let rest for 1 minute, slice, and enjoy!

Notes

Do NOT overstuff the Crunchwraps. Use medium heat for frying to ensure even cooking.
