Description

A hearty and delicious Classic Meatloaf with crispy edges and a creamy interior, perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into a loaf shape on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 60 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
