- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 60 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Avoid overmixing for a tender meatloaf. Use a meat thermometer to ensure it’s cooked to 160°F.
