Description

A velvety and creamy smoothie with a touch of crunch, perfect as a drinkable dessert.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 1 cup Milk or almond milk
  • 1 tbsp Honey or maple (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Break the banana into chunks and toss into the blender.
  2. Add peanut butter, cocoa, and milk. If you want it sweeter, add honey or maple now.
  3. Pulse first to combine, then blend on high until glossy.
  4. For crisp texture, add 3-4 ice cubes and blitz briefly.
  5. Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with cocoa or crushed peanuts.

Notes

Don’t over-blend the frozen banana without liquid to avoid gumming up the blender. Adjust milk based on desired thickness.
