- 1 Banana
- 2 tbsp Peanut butter
- 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1 cup Milk or almond milk
- 1 tbsp Honey or maple (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Break the banana into chunks and toss into the blender.
- Add peanut butter, cocoa, and milk. If you want it sweeter, add honey or maple now.
- Pulse first to combine, then blend on high until glossy.
- For crisp texture, add 3-4 ice cubes and blitz briefly.
- Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with cocoa or crushed peanuts.
Notes
Don’t over-blend the frozen banana without liquid to avoid gumming up the blender. Adjust milk based on desired thickness.
