Description

Decadent cookies with shatteringly crisp edges, a velvety cream cheese center, and drizzled with gooey caramel.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Butter, softened
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Caramel Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips or Nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs and vanilla, then mix in softened cream cheese until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Fold in caramel sauce and your choice of chocolate chips or nuts.
  6. Scoop tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheet, leaving space for spreading.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden and the centers are set. Let cool and enjoy the gooey caramel!

Notes

Don’t overbake! Chill the dough if it’s too sticky for easier scooping. Use high-quality caramel sauce for best results.
