Description

A zesty and refreshing limeade that’s perfect for hot summer days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 cups cold water
  • 5 limes, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • Ice for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine cold water, lime wedges, and sugar in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a large bowl to remove pulp.
  4. Rinse the blender, then pour the strained lime juice back in.
  5. Add the sweetened condensed milk and blend until frothy.
  6. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Serve over ice in tall glasses and garnish with fresh lime slices.

Notes

Store in a covered container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Adjust sweetness by adding more lime juice or sugar as needed.
