Description

A rich and creamy lasagna featuring layers of Bolognese and béchamel sauces, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 sheets lasagna pasta
  • 2 cups Bolognese sauce
  • 2 cups béchamel sauce
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna sheets according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. Spread a layer of Bolognese sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  4. Place a layer of lasagna sheets over the sauce.
  5. Add a layer of béchamel sauce over the pasta.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the béchamel.
  7. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
  8. Finish with béchamel and mozzarella cheese on top.
  9. Season with salt and pepper.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbling.
  11. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  12. Garnish with fresh basil.

Notes

Serve with garlic bread or a fresh salad. Can be prepared a day in advance and baked later.
