Ingredients

- 12 sheets lasagna pasta
- 2 cups Bolognese sauce
- 2 cups béchamel sauce
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna sheets according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- Spread a layer of Bolognese sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place a layer of lasagna sheets over the sauce.
- Add a layer of béchamel sauce over the pasta.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the béchamel.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
- Finish with béchamel and mozzarella cheese on top.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh basil.
Notes
Serve with garlic bread or a fresh salad. Can be prepared a day in advance and baked later.
