- 15 Medjool dates
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 tsp coconut butter
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a food processor, pulse the medjool dates until they look like a sticky paste.
- Add in the Copina Co. Original Beauty, protein powder, coconut butter, almond flour, and vanilla extract. Pulse until well combined and the mixture forms a dough.
- Scoop out small portions and roll them into uniform balls.
- Place the energy balls in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Notes
Don’t skip the chilling time for better texture. Adjust moisture with water or almond flour as needed.
