- 1 lb Fresh Salmon, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs (panko recommended)
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1–2 tbsp Sriracha (to taste)
- 2 tbsp Lime Juice
- Cooking Oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Season the salmon pieces with salt and pepper.
- Dip each piece in mayonnaise, then roll in breadcrumbs to coat thoroughly.
- Heat cooking oil in a skillet until shimmering.
- Cook the salmon bites in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- Drizzle the sweet chili and sriracha mix over the cooked salmon bites.
Notes
Don’t overcrowd the pan for optimal crispiness. Adjust the heat to avoid burning or sogginess.
