Description

Crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, these Bang Bang Salmon Bites are a delightful explosion of flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Fresh Salmon, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs (panko recommended)
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 12 tbsp Sriracha (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice
  • Cooking Oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Season the salmon pieces with salt and pepper.
  2. Dip each piece in mayonnaise, then roll in breadcrumbs to coat thoroughly.
  3. Heat cooking oil in a skillet until shimmering.
  4. Cook the salmon bites in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
  5. Drizzle the sweet chili and sriracha mix over the cooked salmon bites.
